一、Company Profile

二、Cutting and Welding Workshop
The cutting and welding workshop is mainly used for raw material storage, plate and profile cutting, and welding of spare parts and tower crane components, including masts, booms, turntables, tie rods, trolley cabins, trolley cabins, hooks, and ash hoppers. The workshop has more than 80 sets of welding and other processing equipment. Among them, we have 2 CNC plasma cutting lines, rotary parts welding robots, mast and main arm welding robots, and more than 40 sets of large and small tooling equipment used to produce various components. Therefore, everything from cutting to tailor welding, semi-finished product processing, final assembly welding, parts assembly, etc. can all be carried out in this workshop. In addition, product quality can be ensured and production efficiency provided.
三、Blasting and Painting Workshop
The blasting and painting workshop is a transfer station of semi-finished tower crane components. It is equipped with a fully automatic blasting and painting assembly line and more than 20 sets of various lifting machines and jigs. These semi-finished components go through processing of blasting, rust cleaning and surface painting in this workshop.
四、Finished Products Workshop
With over 20 sets of various lifting equipment, finished products workshop is used for storage of finished tower crane components and packaging and shipping of tower cranes. These finished components are organized in order for easy packaging and shipping afterwards, thus significantly improving delivery efficiency.
